The Bible makes us understand that Apart from God and celestial being nothing was meaningful in the surface of the world (outside of heaven and waters), the Spirit of God walked the vast deep down to the waters, Gen. 1:1,2. Then, God thought it is wise to create in the void (heavens and earth) bodies of galaxies that formed time limits in God’s timeless precincts. So, the beginning of time started when God created ‘the heavens and the earth” in 6th days. The first day God made light and separated it from darkness thereby causing the first division of time, day and night. This was witnessed and celebrated by the heavenly bodies. In another 6th different day God continued the creation counted on evening and morning in series. And, every evening and morning within the space of time that God worked, He fashioned the world and finished all on the 6th day. The celebration of new year day always takes place on the 1st of January every year. While other new year dates are celebrated on religious and cultural ground. God actually begins a new thing in the space of time and allows man to walk into His plans. A new beginning in the space of time started in Genesis when God made day and night. And the celestial being celebrated the first new year day praising God. Man began celebrating his first day of the year on the six day when God created man. The Bible captured the first celebration in a wonderful way as seen in Revelation 4: 10-11 about the 24 elders celebrating God for His work of creation at the beginning of the age.
