November in the Plans of God

A heartily note to round up the month of November and welcome the festive month of December 2023 with full compliments to Christian’s celebrations. The month of November is celebrated in many ways around the world, especially by those who were born in the month of November and those who have special dates in November. The first Day of November is celebrated as the “Saints’ Day” to usher in November as the righteous month before God. And, God tilts the balance to the month of November in many ways. Seemingly, as recorded in the Bible about God purpose for the world; “On the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month, the month of Shebat, in the second year of Darius…” (Zech. 1:7). Major Term in the Oak of Righteousness

There are three (3) major objects that really stand out and need mentioning in the usefulness of the oaks, particularly Babylon, Jerusalem and the Temple. They have significant meaning in the spiritual matter of God’s plans for the future. When Babylon is mentioned in the Bible it is represented by many things, such as a nation, person, situation, and activity. It is spiritually connoting a state of confusion in religious matters. Babylon saw the beginning of the spiritual journey of Israel into other nations. It also became a name and symbol opposing spiritual realities. The reasons silver and gold were taken from Babylonian’s exiles for the high priest’s crown indicated inclusiveness of the Gentiles into the institutions of God in the future. It illustrated physically and spiritually how the exiles from Israel will bring together many nations into the fold to help in building the future temple.
